Jack has extensive experience delivering complex offshore construction and deepwater pipeline installation projects. With a career that includes offshore construction supervision, field engineering, project engineering, and construction management, Jack brings a comprehensive understanding of offshore execution from both technical and operational leadership perspectives. His work across shallow water and ultra deepwater environments has positioned him as a trusted leader in high performance marine operations.

Jack specializes in rigid pipelay operations, including S Lay and J Lay installation methods. His work at McDermott includes key industry achievements such as contributing to the deepest S Lay pipeline installation at 2,850 meters executed with the DLV2000 vessel and supporting record bottom tension operations also with the DLV2000 at nearly 210 metric tons.

He holds a degree in Civil and Coastal Engineering from the University of Plymouth, where he studied diving and underwater technology.
