Adam Duffy is a commercial leader at FutureOn, currently responsible for driving growth in European subsea markets and global renewables. With over 15 years of experience, Adam has worked across upstream E&P, innovation strategy, and commercial roles in both consultancy and digital technology. Holding two Master’s degrees in geoscience, Adam began his career in various technical subsurface roles, focusing on exploration and development projects across Europe, Africa, and East Asian basins. Since joining FutureOn in 2022, Adam initially led product strategy and expansion into adjacent markets for low-carbon and energy transition use cases. Since 2025, Adam has been responsible for global growth strategy and European accounts, collaborating with leading operators and EPCs to support their digital transformation efforts, unlocking significant efficiency gains across deepwater field development, subsea operations and offshore renewables markets.
