Arill Småland Hagland holds an MSc in Offshore Technology from the University of Strathclyde & Glasgow and has over 22 years of experience in the industry. He has had several roles within the OneSubsea organizations, ranging from mechanical and system engineering through project execution, early engagement, new product development, sales and business development. He now holds the role of Product Champion for Power Solutions where he advises on the global product development within his domain.
