Cecilie Saelen is the CEO of CCB Subsea, bringing 28 years of extensive experience within the subsea field. Her career spans subsea field development, operations, interventions, and plug & abandonment of subsea wells, gained through her tenure at Equinor (Hydro) and various managing roles in leading consultancy and engineering companies. She holds a Master’s degree in Process Technology and a Master of Management. Cecilie is actively engaged in the industry, serving as a Board Member for the industry cluster GCE Ocean Technology. Furthermore, she is a Board Member of Offshore Norway, a key employer and industry organization representing companies operating on the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS). She is also a frequent speaker at various conferences, including the Underwater Technology Conference (UTC) in Bergen, where she has also moderated panel discussions.
