Elisabetta Boi is an electronic engineer with extensive experience in upstream oil and gas development and project management. She currently leads the project control & portfolio department for Eni Global Natural Resources. Her career began in the program management Office for Eni’s Iraq Program, followed by leadership roles within Eni’s Northern District in Italy. She then moved into business development across North Africa and the Middle East, first as Development Project Manager and later as Project Director for the Zohr Project. During this period, she also served as a Board Member of Petrobel, one of the region’s key joint ventures. Before assuming her current position, Elisabetta led the Agogo Integrated West Hub Project as Development Project Manager at Azule Energy, directing multidisciplinary teams in the delivery of a complex offshore deepwater development.
