Jean‑François Stachera is a senior project and performance leader with over 20 years of international experience across onshore and deepwater developments at TotalEnergies. He has held key roles including Head of Projects for Yemen LNG, Cost Performance Project Leader, Project Architect, and senior engineering and HSE positions on FPSO projects such as PAZFLOR and Kaombo.
He holds an engineering degree from École des Mines de Douai (IMT Nord Europe), completed advanced project training at IFP School, pursued executive education at HEC Paris, and is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt trained. His field experience across Europe, the Americas, Africa, the Middle East and Asia shapes his pragmatic, operational approach to project delivery and performance optimization.
