Mike Dohm brings over 27 years of international experience in portfolio, project, and operations delivery. He has successfully led world-class teams, leveraging his technical expertise, commercial acumen, and strategic leadership to bid, win, and execute complex, large-scale energy infrastructure projects across a global footprint. His experience spans the entire project lifecycle, from early engagement to final handover, ensuring value for both clients and the contractor. 

In his current role, Mike manages McDermott’s Subsea and Floating Facilities business line Americas portfolio, overseeing project and operations teams to drive efficient execution across a multi-office model.
