Renner has spent 20 years in the technology sector, starting with telecoms at Verizon and moving into network engineering roles in SF Bay Area startups. In 2008, he transitioned to the energy industry, supporting private communication network infrastructure projects for electric utilities across the US. His work in technical sales and consulting roles with ABB Group took him from shale fields in North America to fabrication yards in Korea, deepening his involvement in the oil sector. He then pivoted to the world of aerial surveys, inspections, and visual data, gaining experience with offshore operations at Cyberhawk. Since early 2022, Renner has been working with FutureOn’s customers to innovate subsea project workflows
