Thierry Charles started his career more than 25 years ago in Nigeria.  

Since then, he has developed a solid experience in the Oil & Gas industry by alternating operational and functional positions in different countries, namely Nigeria, United Kingdom, Angola, Qatar, Australia and France. 

A Reservoir Engineer by training, Thierry had the opportunity to hold management positions in Subsurface.  

He then spent 6 years on Pazflor, following the project from 1 year before FID to 1 year after first oil.  

He then moved into Field Development, working on Middle East and North Africa region on various oil and gas development projects. Thierry then took Executive positions in Qatar and Australia. 

At the end of 2022, Thierry joined the newly created OneTech branch of TotalEnergies in Paris as head of Deep Offshore assets, Development Manager.
