Throughout his career, Biswdeep has demonstrated strong leadership in managing operations and commercial roles and cross-functional projects teams across multiple work scopes, including project management, design and detailed engineering, engineering management, supply chain management, onshore construction, offshore installation, contracts, start-up and commissioning.

He is known for his expertise in driving both top-line and bottom-line improvements, successfully managing multi-billion-dollar project portfolios while cultivating strong business relationships at all levels.

His strategic approach to operations has enabled him to deliver complex projects with precision, balancing technical, commercial, and execution challenges.
