Francisco was appointed to his current position as VP of global sales & commercial at SLB OneSubsea, when this subsea joint venture was formed in late 2023.

He began his career in 2003 as a field engineer trainee at Cameron’s Surface Systems division in Mexico. In 2006 he transferred to Cameron Subsea Systems where he held various positions in sales and project management, and when Cameron became part of Schlumberger in 2016, Francisco led the integration project in Latin America. He was subsequently transferred to Houston as global vice president of Midstream for the SLB Valves and Process Systems business, prior to joining the SLB Production Systems division as GeoUnit manager for Mexico, Central America, and Venezuela.

Francisco has a degree in mechanical engineering from the Universidad Metropolitana in Venezuela.
