Freddy Garcia holds an engineering degree from Universidad del Zulia (Venezuela) and a Master’s in Process Engineering from ENSIC, Université de Lorraine (France). With almost 20 years in the energy sector, he has led projects in upstream oil and gas, carbon capture, and transport. Since 2023, he works as Technology Lead for Subsea Processing at TotalEnergies.
